"I started Organizations for Impact with a goal to both bring together people and ideas from across sectors, industries, and disciplines focused on a common goal -  to make life better for people at work. And to better focus  these efforts on turning ideas into action one organization at a time. I truly believe that the world is full of people with bold ideas and good intentions, the task now is to better link these ideas to action, and begin to drive real, sustainable, and positive changes in how we work."

Christine holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph and a Masters in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She has held management positions at both Accenture and KPMG's consulting practices, where she worked with senior leaders to improve people management practices, implement organization wide process and systems change, and transform organizational culture. Her clients ranged from grassroots not for profits, to public sector institutions, to Fortune 500 companies. She has also worked as a social policy researcher at the Mowat Centre at the University of Toronto and the Centre for Analysis of Social Exclusion (CASE) at the LSE. In her personal time she works as a volunteer math and social science tutor at Toronto's Pathways to Education program, and is an active board member of the Daily Bread Food Bank, a distribution hub for food and support to over 200 food programs across Toronto.
