michÈle boudria

Michèle is the Chief Change Officer and Strategic Alignment at McDonald’s Canada. She has held a variety of leadership roles across the company. Most notably, as Lead of the Worldwide Operations and Global Labor teams, as the Canadian National Director for Training, Learning & Development, and as Chair of the Canadian McDonald’s Women’s Leadership Network.

Joanna Reynolds

Jo is the National Director of Social Enterprise at the Centre for Social Innovation, leading social enterprise development across a number of vibrant networks in Ontario and Canada. In her role, she works alongside community groups, foundations, social entrepreneurs, and business leaders to advance the application of social finance and social entrepreneurship.

Munir is a Partner in the Technology Advisory practice at Deloitte. Munir has 15 years of consulting experience working across the Retail, Banking, and Transportation sectors. His expertise in IT strategy, business optimization, and technology-enabled transformation enables his clients to transform their technology to drive their business strategy.

Dr. Leanne Son Hing

Leanne is an Associate Professor at the University of Guelph's Industrial and Organizational Psychology program and a scholar in the Successful Societies Program of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR). Her research takes an interdisciplinary approach to examine social justice issues in the workplace.

Dr. Tom Oliver

Tom is a manager within the Organizational Development practice at Rogers Communication Inc. For 10 years he has worked as both an internal and external consultant with a focus on assessment, leadership development, employee engagement, and selection. 

 

 

Noah is the Director of Policy and Research for Maytree, a Toronto-based foundation working to reduce poverty in Canada. He has spent his career in public policy in the public, non-profit and think tank sectors, including as a practice lead at the Mowat Centre and as a senior policy advisor in the Ontario Cabinet Office.
